Basically this salad recipe favourite to all prepared with sautéed corn and chick peas with fresh red pepper and green onion.

Ingredients:-
75 gm. of American Corn
30 gm. of Green Peas
30 gm. Chick Peas
45 gm. of Red Bell Pepper
1 Tsp. Fresh Green onion
1 Tbsp. Garlic & Lemon Juice
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. of Salad Oil
Preparation:-
- Sauteed Corn and boiled peas with a help of oil. And keep a rest for room temperature.
- Cutting seedless red bell pepper fine cubes and green onion.
- Take a mixing bowls and insert sauteed corn & peas, bell pepper, fresh onion, red bell pepper. Seasoning with salt, pepper crushed, lemon and garlic tossed help of salad oil.
- Pour in salad plates and sprinkled fresh green chopped onion.
