Icing Chocolate Rolls Crackers with Ice Cream

Basically it’s a special funny enjoyable desserts recipe making with icing chocolate and cinnamon flavor crunch strips and ice cream.

Ingredients:-

4-5 No’s Frozen Roll Sheet

50 gm. of Crushed Dark Chocolate

50 gm. of Crushed White Chocolate

¼ tsp. of Cinnamon Powder

100 ml. Oil for frying

60 ml. Chocolate Sauce

2 tbsp. of Icing Sugar

1 Scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream

Preparation:-

1. First grated dark & white chocolate and keep in separate in any bowls.
2. Mix cinnamon powder in grated or crushed chocolate mixture.
3. Cut 2 no’s of roll sheet into ¼ and stuffed with chocolate and cinnamon mixture, after roll in sheet and shallow fried in heated oil.
4. Also cutting strips of other sheets and fried.
5. Platted plate with fried chocolate rolls, fried strips of roll and topping with vanilla ice cream & dust with icing sugar.
6. Decorate with chocolate sauce and icing sugar.
