Basically this recipe used for dip, sauce and marinating for special dish, Its preparation with roasted nuts, tahina paste, yogurt, crackling brown onion and lot of fresh green herbs.

Ingredients:-
100 gm. of Yogurt
1 Tsp. of Tahina Paste
1 Tsp of Fresh Cream
1 Tsp. of Sesame Oil
½ Tsp. of Chopped Fresh Parsley
½ Tsp. of Chopped Fresh Basil Leaves
½ Tsp. of Chopped Fresh Mint Leaves
¼ Tsp. of Chopped Brown Onion
1 Tbsp. Crushed Peanuts & Almond
Salt & Pepper to Taste
¼ Tsp. Lemon Juice (Option)
One pinch of Sugar Powder
Preparation:-
- Take a mixing bowl and insert all ingredients in this like a (yogurt, tahina paste, fresh cream, sesame oil, fresh parsley, fresh basil leaves, fresh mint leaves, brown onion, peanuts & almond, salt & pepper to taste, lemon Juice (option), sugar powder.
- Whisk all things very well and make smooth texture.
- Served in any dip bowl.
- Garnish with fresh mint sprig and crackling brown onion.
