100 ml. Cow Milk
1 Tbsp. Sugar
20 gm. Custard Powder
½ Tsp. Vanilla Essence
Pinch of Green cardamom powder
20 gm. Of Sponge
15 ml. Fresh Cream
75 gm. Fruit Cocktail
- First take a saucepan and keep in fire flame and insert milk in this and cooked until bubbles.
- When milk gives bubbles add sugar and vanilla essence and cook 2-3 minutes.
- After then sugar melt then add custard (but remember add custard dissolved in cold milk or water when insert heated milk that not makes lump). And whisk continuous with the help of whisker.
- When it would be thickness then add fresh cream & cut fruits and pour in glass or any dessert bowl in layered by.
- First layered of crumble sponge and second fruits custard and again repeated this process.
- Garnish with whipped cream.
