Ingredients:-
100 gm. of Mutton Minced
120 gm. of Chicken Chunks
2 Tbsp. of Oil/Butter
1 Tbsp. of Ginger Chopped
1 Tsp. of Garlic Chopped
2-3 No’s of Onion Chopped
3-4 No’s of Tomato Puree
1/ Tsp. of Green Chilly Chopped
½ Tsp. of Coriander Powder
½ Tsp. of Degi Mirch
½ Tsp. of Coriander Powder
½ Tsp. of Cumin Powder
½ Tsp. of Garam Masala
½ Tsp. of Meat Masala
Salt to taste
Preparation:-
- Insert oil in heated pan and add ginger & Garlic chopped cook until light brown.
- Add chopped onion or onion paste and cooked until brown.
- Add chicken chunks & minced of meat cooked very well.
- Then insert green chili chopped and tomato paste.
- Add seasoning salt, degi Mirch, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and meat masala for aroma and fragrance.
- Insert water for maintain balance of thickness gravy. Cook some time and comes good texture.
- Sprinkled fresh green coriander chopped and cover with knee.
- Pour dish in any bowl and served with chapatti.
