Ingredients:-
2-3 Fresh Basil leaves
Sprig of fresh parsley
Sprig of Celery
2-3 Slices of Cucumber
2-3 Slices of Carrot
1-2 Slices of Ginger
2 Slices of Lemon
Honey & Black Pepper (Option)
Preparation:-
We can use two processes:-
First Process:-
- Take any pan or saucepan in heated fire flame and pour two glass of water in this and boiled until baubles.
- Remove pan from fire and add fresh herbs and veggies, honey & pepper (optional in winter) in this for 4-5 Minutes. When water absorb all flavor of herbs and veggies then you can strain help of strainer or not.
- Pour in glass and drink it in early morning empty or night before sleep.
Second Process:-
- Take any jar or bowl and pour two glasses of water and all ingredients dissolved in water fresh herbs and veggies in all night and early morning drink it in empty.
