Ingredients:-
Oil for frying
8-10 no’s of Black & Green Olives
2 Tbsp. of Grated Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tbsp. of Grated Process Cheese
1 Tsp. of Fresh Green Parsley
1 Tsp. of Fresh Basil Chopped
½ Tsp. of Dried Oregano
½ Tsp. of Chili Flacks
½ Tsp. of Pepper
Salt to taste
3-4 Frozen Roll Sheet
For Crumbling:-
30 gm. of Bread Crumbs
15 gm. of Coconut Dried Crushed
15 gm. of Refined Flour
1 Tsp. of Corn flour
Preparation:-
- Take a mixing bowls insert grated cheese, chopped olives, fresh parsley & basil chopped crumbled all.
- After add seasoning (oregano, chili flacks, and pepper powder, salt). Make a mixture and stuffed in frozen roll sheet.
- Then make a coating of flour & corn flour with help of water or egg (option).
- Dusting or crumbling with bread crumb, coconut powder, chili flacks & oregano.
- Deep stuffed roll in coating and crumbled in bread crumb & coconut mixture.
- At least fried in heated oil.
- Served with garlic mayo crème dip. This dip prepared with mayonnaise, fresh cream, brunt garlic, salt & pepper.
- Garnish with any fresh green sprigs.
