Fresh Herbs Cucumber Smoothie

Basically it’s a healthy quick recipe preparation cucumber, mint, fresh basil, celery and lemon juice and ice cubes to be blender and blend on high until smoothie, scraping down sides as needed. For a thick smoothie, add more ice. This recipe help in our body weight loss, antioxidants, prevent cancer, blood pressure, skins etc.

Method: Blend                                                                                               Served: 1

Ingredients:-

  • 60 gm Cucumber Pieces
  • 1 Tbsp of Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp of Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 1 Tbsp of Celery
  • ¼ Tsp of Lemon Juice
  • ½ Tsp of Black Salt
  • 1 Tbsp of Honey
  • Green Cardamom Powder
  • 1 cup of Water

Preparation:-

  • Blend all ingredients with help of mixture.
  • As per your choice we can stain smoothie or not stain.
  • Pour in water glass and garnish with lemon skin or lemon slice with fresh basil or mint leaves.
