Ingredients:-
For Boiling:-
1 Cup of Soaked Black Chickpeas (Kala Chana)
Water for boiling
1 Tsp. Salt
For Shammi Kebab:-
1 Medium Green Chili Chopped
1 No’s Onion Fine Chopped
1 Tsp. of Coriander Powder
½ Tsp. Red Chili Powder
½ Tsp. of Gram Masala
Salt as per need or required
2 Tbsp. Gram Flour
1 Tsp. Ginger Chopped
1 Tbsp. Fresh Green Coriander leaves
Oil for frying
Preparation:-
- Boiled soaked black chickpeas with help of salt & water.
- After boiled rest lentil for room temperature.
- After mashed or grinder lentils with green chili, fresh green coriander & chopped ginger.
- After grind add mix seasoning (salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and onion chopped.
- Add gram flour. Making bite size pieces & shallow frying in heated oil.
- Served with green chutney and plated plate with sauce & green leafy sprig.
